Provides Adaptive Aids, Therapy and Medical Services.  Counseling and Guidance is also available.  There is a Day Training Program and Vocational Assessment and Vocational Training.  DBS also provides Employment Services with Follow Along. A Post Secondary Education program as well as Financial Support are also available to qualified consumers.  Transportation services may vary depending on individual circumstances.  Leisure and Recreation services are also provided.

To be eligible for services, consumers must have bilateral visual impairment that constitutes or results in substantial impediment to employment.  They must require vocational rehabilitation services and must reside in Florida having legal status to work.  There is the presumption that the individual can benefit in terms of an employment outcome from the provision of services. 

Hours:  8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
